Shipping policy
Last updated: 28 September 2026
At Canadian Soho, we are proud to serve customers across Canada with reliable and efficient shipping.
1. General. We currently ship to all Canadian provinces and territories with the exception of Quebec. Shipping is free on every order, whatever its size, and delivery times may vary slightly depending on where you are in Canada.
2. Processing Time. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and statutory holidays. During peak seasons processing may take slightly longer; we will keep you informed of any delays.
3. Shipping Rates. Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum spend.
4. Estimated Delivery Times. Processing 1-2 business days; transit 3-7 business days; total 4-9 business days. Orders placed after 11pm (ET) begin processing the next business day. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or weather. Deliveries to remote and northern communities may take longer.
5. Shipping Restrictions. We do not ship to PO Box addresses or restricted areas. Certain items may be subject to carrier restrictions.
6. Failed Delivery. In the event of failed delivery attempts, incorrect address information, or undelivered packages, orders may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange a new shipment, which may incur additional cost.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately at info@canadiansoho.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
8. Updates. We may update this policy to meet Google Shopping Ads requirements or improve our service. The latest version is always on this page.
