Secure checkout

Canadian Soho uses Secure Sockets Layer (128-bit SSL) technology, which encrypts sensitive information including passwords and card numbers while it travels between your browser and our checkout. Every form on this website is secured with SSL. You can confirm a secure connection by the closed-lock icon and “HTTPS” in your browser’s address bar.

Accepted payment methods

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

All prices are shown and all transactions are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Your card issuer, not Canadian Soho, sets any foreign transaction fee if your card is held in another currency.

When you are charged

Payment is taken when you place your order, not when it ships. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we refund that item in full to your original payment method.

PCI compliance

Payments are handled by Shopify Payments, which follows the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) to protect card data and reduce fraud.

Your payment information

Your full card number is never accessible to us. Once a purchase is complete we can see your billing and shipping information, the order details, and the last four digits of your card. Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer decides how quickly the money appears on your statement, which is usually 5 to 10 business days. See our Refund Policy for how to start a return.
